Nothing. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. We visit the site, scope the work properly and give you a written number you can budget against, not a guess over the phone.
We quote a fixed scope in writing, with a clear allowance schedule for anything not yet selected. Changes are documented as written change orders and priced before the work goes in, so the number you approve is the number you plan around.
Yes, in house. Our engineering team confirms the work meets local codes and bylaws, produces the drawings, submits the permit application and books the inspections. That is a large part of why our projects close out faster.
We are based in Calgary, work in Edmonton, and travel across Western Canada for larger projects. If you are not sure whether your site qualifies, ask.
Luminova Construction is COR certified, WCB covered and fully insured, and licensed with the cities of Calgary, Edmonton and Regina. Certificates and safety documentation are available on request for your lender, insurer or board.
It depends on whether permits are required. Work that does not need a permit can often mobilize within a couple of weeks. Permitted work is driven by municipal turnaround. We tell you the realistic window when we scope the job, not after you have signed.
